Order Processing
All treats are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for order completion unless otherwise discussed.
Local Pickup
Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is complete. Pickup times are arranged directly with the customer. Please arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time whenever possible.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order size.
Photos, inspiration images, and personalization details should be submitted at the time of ordering.
Shipping
At this time, Cane Cookie Co does not offer shipping. We currently serve local customers through scheduled pickup only.
