Products
All Cane Cookie Co treats are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is handmade, colors, designs, and decorations may vary slightly from photos shown on our website.
Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, dates, design requests, and any photos submitted for custom orders.
While we strive to closely match inspiration photos, exact replication of designs cannot be guaranteed.
Order Processing
Most orders require 5–7 business days for completion. Larger or highly customized orders may require additional time.
Pickup Policy
Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
Ingredients & Pet Safety
Our treats are made using dog-friendly ingredients. However, pet owners are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether products are suitable for their pet’s dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions.
Fresh water should always be available when offering treats.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue with your order. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
